On three occasions Kellie started for Pacific at Stanford (Aug. 24), against Nevada (Aug. 31) and then again finally against Iona (Sept. 19). Nakahara took four shots last season, including a single game at Cal State Bakersfield (Oct. 26), when she struck twice. Pacific went on to win that game 2-1.<b>2007 (Sophomore):</b><br>A walk-on in her second year at Pacific, Kellie saw action in four games for the Tigers in her first season of play. For the season, Nakahara took just one shot, with her first collegiate scoring attempt coming against Cal State Bakersfield on Sept. 23.<b>High School:</b><br>A three sport letterwinner, Kellie was a 2006 graduate of Punahou High School in Honolulu, Hawaii. Nakahara played four seasons on the soccer field for the Buff n' Blue while also running cross country and participating on the school's judo team. On the soccer field, Nakahara and the Buff n' Blue were back-to-back league and Hawaii state champions in 2004 and 2005 while finishing second in the league in 2006. As a junior, Kellie was named to the All-Interscholastic League of Hawaii Honorable Mention team.<b>Club:</b><br>Kellie was a member of the Leahi Soccer Club, the oldest women's soccer club in Hawaii. In addition, she was a member of the Leahi '88 Premier team.<b>Personal:</b><br>Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she is the daughter of Fred and Bonnie Nakahara. Kellie has two siblings, Grant and Tina. She plans to graduate with a degree in sport sciences.
